Dear all,
Today marks the inception of a 5-min podcast series based on the ‘Ideas on a Page’ offering. The intention behind this podcast is to provide readers with ways of understanding life as a canvas for creation.
In todays introductory scene-setting episode, I speak about how the model of ‘the mind as a computer’ - one that processes and retains information - needs strategic re-tinkering if we want to think more clearly, laterally and creatively.
Over subsequent episodes, I’ll be exploring ideas in philosophy and the arts and sciences to show just how much our immediate surroundings, including leisure, play and rest can inspire us as writers and creatives. If you enjoy these ruminations on the art of ideation and thinking, please do subscribe. Future episodes will be integrated as part of a paid offering.
